The friend, he said, “got shot in the nose and he just went down, and my nephew was devastated.” https://www.nytimes.com/2022/05/24/us/shooting-texas-elementary-school.html?name=styln-texas-school-shooting®ion=TOP_BANNER&block=storyline_menu_recirc&action=click&pgtype=LegacyCollection&variant=show&is_new=false

Orko Manna@orko_manna

#NEW: @KCRAHeather spoke to @SacFirePIO who says the fire in the Railyards area of #Sacramento was caused by a landscaping company. We’re told they had been advised not to use heavy mowers.

Lauren Kaori Gurley@LaurenKGurley

Inbox: Workers at a Burger King in Sacramento (1915 Arden Way) will strike tomorrow. Temperatures are getting close to 100 degrees, the A/C is broken. One worker passed out from the heat.

A customer came in and said this is “the hottest Burger King I have ever been in."
